I am SICK, SICK, SICK of these IGNORANT self-loathing twits who would rather lay down with a child molester than be alone. WTF! Did Amy Fothergill hate her vagina that much that she would allow a CHILD MOLESTER into her home? Fothergill had custody of Sarah Foxwell, her brother and a younger sister as well as having her own children in the home. I don’t know why she had custody of the children, but initial impulse is screaming that these kids’ own parents failed them, and now Aunt Amy has. Yep, I said it and you’re damn right, I am blaming her! When you have young children at home it is YOUR responsibility to protect them. If you are a single mother and if you are dating, you should be held to an even higher standard of responsibility. It takes 2 minutes to check a sex offender registry for a name, and if she knew he was a RSO then she needs to be charged, too.
Sarah was kidnapped from her home last Tuesday night. Sarah’s younger sister woke up during the night to see Sarah leave the room with Leggs who is a registered sex offender! Thomas J. Leggs, 30, also happens to be Aunt Amy’s ex-boyfriend. He has been charged with kidnapping the girl and is in custody. However, he’s refusing to cooperate as far as the investigation into Sarah’s murder.
According to Maryland’s registry, Leggs was convicted of a third-degree sex offense and is registered in the state of 
Delaware registry as a “high risk” offender. The registry states that he was convicted in 2001 of raping a teenage girl. Heck, what woman wouldn’t want to date this s**tbag? Apparently, this child molester was good enough for Aunt Amy. He also knew that the family kept an extra key hidden on the porch, so he had access to just walk in the house and steal Sarah from her bed.
3,000 volunteers came out on a cold, wet Christmas morning to search for Sarah. Sadly, Sarah Haley Foxwell’s body was found about 4 p.m. on that day in a rural area a dozen miles northeast of downtown Salisbury. She was found near the Delaware state line in the woods. Police have not released cause of death yet. Jerry Norton, who heads Citizens for Jessica’s Law in Maryland, a group that for years has fought to fortify laws against pedophiles, was calling lawmakers Saturday to demand change. He asked:
“What . . . is he doing back out on the street, and what is he doing having contact with this child?” “I think the problem is with these guys going through a revolving door.”
Hey, that’s a great question – and here is another one: Why was Amy Fothergill dating this piece of s**t? IF she knew that he was a registered sex offender, she deserves to have her vagina ripped out and attached to the back of a semi and dragged across the country. When is a piece of ass worth a child’s life? Someone riddle me that.

There is no excuse for NOT checking to see if they are on an RSO list. I hope this Leggs POS is served justice; inmate justice, painful and slow. As to the aunt, at the minimum, she should be charged with endangering the life of a child. I hope her vag rots out.
I AGREE!!! These women don’t bother to check who or what they expose their children to. It’s like, out of sight out of mind, if they don’t see the registry it doesn’t exist. What makes me skeeved out is thinking, hey… This woman voluntarily slept with a man that diddled children. It grosses me out!! I wouldn’t be able to even fathom sleeping with a man that did something like that. I would always wonder if he was thinking about me or one of my children.. and thats just absolutely disgusting!
I’m just sick about this poor little girl, all we can do is hope the state takes ALL the children awy from aunt Amy because she allowed this man into all of their lives, leading to the death of her niece. Probably a horrible frightening abusive death. I hope she is charged, I hope he is locked away for the rest of his life as a high risk offender it’s perhaps time to think that ALL sexual offenders who are released should be on lifetime ankle bracelets that allow constant, real time monitoring. Why this isn’t being done now is anyone’s guess, the offender would have to pay for the service or have to go back to jail. It’s sad but these offenders are let out they will be let out but they need to be monitored – just letting them out is a disaster waiting to happen. I feel terrible for that child and no doubt the other children he had access to and molested while auntie was getting her groove on with a POS.
She needs to go to jail as does every other woman who brings one of these perverts around children and they are later hurt. Whatever the perpetrator gets add 5 more years for the woman who essentially hand delivered small victims who were under her care. Maybe then this will stop happening after a few dozen do more time the their rapist molesting lovers.
