MISSING: Cindy Sumner

Cindy Sumner has been missing for more than a week. She was last seen over a week ago, when she was riding her bicycle in Jamie Farr Park in Toledo, Ohio. The 21-year old suffers from muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis and she has learning disabilities. She was last seen riding her bike. and was wearing a florescent green shirt that said “FRIENDLY Center” on the front, and “Staff” on the back.

Cindy’s father, Timothy Sumner, said that she is gullible and would believe anything that anyone told her. She has never been away from her family and they are doubly worried that someone coerced her to walk away from her neighborhood. Everyone is very worried about her because they say that she would not just run away, and that she knows nothing about being on the streets or being able to properly care for herself. She has always been around her family. She doesn’t have the mental capacity to understand danger, and the family is worried because they say that she would believe anything that anyone tells her.

I have tried to find new information on Cindy, but nothing other than tips that she was spotted on the eastside of Toledo a few times. However, nothing has panned out as of yet. Sumner is 5′ 4″, about 125 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair.

Thanks for getting this out there Princess. There really isn’t anything to update….I hate to say this but it really isn’t looking that good at this point? I’m still praying real hard for her safe return.

I sure hope they find her. I know the longer someone is missing the greater the odds of a bad ending, but I am hoping on hope that she comes home safe. If you hear anything, please let us know.

I live in Ohio and never heard anything about her on the local news or in the newspapers. Thanks for posting it Princess.

Also, why isn’t our favorite so called psychic helping? She lives in that area. Maybe not enough publicity for her?

Actually, Ms. St.Bidet should be able to knock it out of the “park” Remember Cindy went missing allegedly from Jamie Farr Park. Wouldn’t that be a kind of at home home run for Gail. Let’s put her talents to work close to home where she can just pick up the phone and say the person is Here at the corner of blah and blah street. Why not work on cases locally without big media attention. Gail might get lucky on one and use it on her resume?

I would like to point out that Gail predicted that 5-year-old Nevaeh Buchanan would be found near the River Raisin and she made that prediction before the little girl was found.

The fishermen found the little girls body before Gail could return to the area to search along the river, but she was right with that prediction.

I think Gail might be able to give some incite on this missing girls case but I believe she is traveling to investigate another case at this time.

Is there footage of this? Because honestly, I think Gail is full of s**t. She has been discounted many times and people here aren’t exactly big fans of hers. If she said it, then I’d like to see the proof. TIA

if you go to the site http://briansdreams.com where he and Gail work on cases together you will see posted there his dreams on the case and also about Gail where they are comparing notes and its posted about her doing a drive by late one evening about two days before the little girl was found and she said she planned to come back and look further but before she could do that the men found the little girl on the banks of the river raisin where she predicted she would be found.
Another interesting note, Brian picked up something about Toledo Highway and Gail picked up I-75 as the route the abductor took the little girl.
When the little girl first disappeared I meditated on it and saw someone snatch the little girl and quickly head down I-75 towards Toledo.
Both Gail and I picked up a connection to the eastside of Toledo, and I also pick up a connection to the eastside of Toledo in the disappearance of Cindy.

I also hear words I-280 and believe there is some connection to both cases and they both point to the eastside of Toledo.
I see a small white toledo type home with a garage to the left and a dark van and I am wondering if someone didn’t pick up cindy and put her and her bike into the Van and cause them to disappear?
I would like to get Cindy’s case to both Gail and Brian and see what they come up with so we could all compare notes and see what they see since we were all in different locations meditating on the case of Nevaeh and we all came up with basically the same information as clues in the Nevaeh case.

Being a psychic isn’t easy since the information comes to us in hunches, visions and words which all have to be tied together like jigsaw puzzles as we go along and sometimes these visions, words and hunches comes to us over a long period of time and we have to figure it all out and tie it together.

That is how the information comes to me and as I receive bits and pieces I tie it all together.
I believe some of the people tied to these two cases are involved in poronographic pictures and prostitution and they abduct people children and adults for various reasons that ties to their business.
Remember not long ago a news show like dateline or something like that did a story about two teens who were snatched off the streets here in toledo and sold into prostitution and they couldn’t escape but finally they were rescued and the story was done on them and its about that time that they broke the big prostitution story where right here in toledo they were kidnapping people and forcing them to work as prostitutes out of the local truckstops and truckstops up and down the interstate.

That could easily be the fate of Cindy and any other woman or teen or even child that they can find and kidnap.

There is information here about “Brian’s Dreams” and his history of scamming. I can’t believe that people still believe in these two grifters.

I do remember the Dateline show about Toledo basically being a hub for child prostitution and sex rings. It’s hard to believe that Heartland Ohio has so many nefarious people who would engage in this disgusting behavior. I hope that nothing like this has happened to Cindy.

I appreciate your candor, but when it comes to Gale and Brian, I just have no faith whatsoever in their “predictions” as they have been proven repeatedly to be frauds.
