She is the last person who should have custody of the child. I hope Haylee can find her way back from her mother trading her child innocence for the illusion of having a man who would only be with her if he got the child in the process. I think this pretty much proves that Haylee was molested, and she should never be back with her family. Foster homes rarely have good reputations but I have known quite a few foster parents and they were great. But, I really think that in this case it is best for that little girl. Her grandmother didn't seem to want to "implicate" her daughter or her son, and it was such a peek into her own thought process and how she raised her own kids -- no accountability.
