On Saturday, February 3, 2007, an all out search was in progress for 23-month old Nyia Page of Braddock, Pennsylvania (a suburb of Pittsburgh). Niya’s father, William Page, told authorities that the toddler was abducted. Pennsylvania State Police issued an Amber Alert several hours after the girl had been reported missing by her parents.
On Sunday, Nyia was found by volunteer searchers wrapped in a blanket and frozen to death. The Allegheny County medical examiner’s office said Niya died of exposure and hypothermia. Prosecutors say Page wrapped Nyia in a blue blanket, took her outside and left her near an abandoned playground in subfreezing temperatures. He left her there in the cold to DIE.

This brought tears to my eyes — in a warm, fuzzy “Oh you so had this coming” sort of way. LOL Watching Ronald and Misty holding the bags of pills and counting the packets was akin to watching them rip into presents on Christmas morning. Skeletal remains discovered in a rural area of California were identified Sunday as those of Amber DuBois, a 14-year-old San Diego girl who had been missing for more than a year.
San Diego County Sheriff Michael Gore said the remains were found in the area of Pala, in East County, Calif..

James Patrick Bulger was born on March 16, 1990 and was abducted, tortured and brutally murdered on February 12, 1993. James had accompanied his mother, Denise, to the shopping center. Denise Fergus only had James out of her sight for a few seconds before he wandered off and within minutes, his killers would be leading him out of the store. His mother was frantic and begged the public to help her find her son.
Two days later, James’ mutilated body was found along the railway in nearby Walton, England. It was approximately three miles from the shopping center where James was last seen. Video footage of the shopping center was analyzed and he and his abductors were captured on film. James was seen walking away with two young boys, one was holding his hand as he was being led out of the shopping center. James’ was walked almost three miles by these boys – who turned out to be 10-year olds, Jon Venables and Robert Thompson. During the walk, the boys were seen by 38 people, but no one intervened. Another California predator has killed…probably not the first time either, as 17-year old Chelsea King’s body was found this afternoon buried in a shallow grave in the Lake Hodges area. Chelsea was a Poway High School senior who went for a jog and was abducted and murdered by John Albert Gardner III, a 30-year-old registered sex offender. Chelsea’s body had not been positively ID’d this afternoon, but it was said that it was most likely that the body found was her.
Gardner is expected to be charged tomorrow, but this isn’t his first offense. Ugh, and look at this asshole’s mugshot. Who smiles for their mugshot? In 2000, Gardner offered to give a 13-year and her friend a ride to school. The girl knew Gardner, as he was a former neighbor of hers. When they got to school, the young girl decided to skip school and go with Gardner to his place to watch movies. Her friend decided not to go along and went into the school. Gardner got the girl to his townhouse and sexually assaulted her and brutally beat her. She was able to get away from him and ran to a neighbor’s house for help. Jill Kerley’s depo took place today. The prosecution isn’t talking about it, and more than 650 additional pages of discovery were released today. I’m thinking that maybe good ol’ Jill is a woman scorned and only offers her BOMBSHELL tidbits about the duct tape because she’s ticked off at Roy Kronk, her ex-hubby. *yawn* Why are there so many who are hell bent on involving themselves in this case?
I was watching Nancy Grace the other night while doing homework, and literally stopped what I was doing when the mother of Ryann Crow appeared on NG’s show. I sat here speechless and honestly, I am just not too sure what to think about the dialogue occurring on the show.
It has been three weeks since 7-year old Aja Johnson disappeared from Oklahoma. An Amber Alert was issued on January 25, 2010, and so far, she has basically gone missing without a trace. Aja Johnson is described as a 65-pound, 4-foot tall young girl with brown eyes and brown hair, and was last seen on the evening of Saturday, January 24th at her Geronimo, Oklahoma home.
Her abduction is believed to have occurred sometime before 9 p.m. on January 25th, when the body of her mother, 37-year-old Tonya Hobbs was found dead in her RV by authorities at the Comanche County Sheriff’s Office. Lester Hobbs is being sought for the death of Tonya, and for the abduction of Aja. He does have a violent criminal background, and is assumed to be armed and dangerous.
An Amber Alert was issued, but then it was lifted in neighboring states. I am also perplexed as to why the Amber Alert in this case was lifted in neighboring states. Just when you think the Croslin/Cummings family can’t look anymore socially stunted or illiterate, the jail tapes coming out of Satsuma County, Florida reinforce my belief that this gene pool needs to be CULLED. HOW do these people remember to breathe or do daily functions that require more than one synapse firing at a time? The word stupid does not even begin to encompass the amount of dips**t that courses through their veins.
As I listened to the jailhouse tapes, I couldn’t help but LMAO at Croslin math. 10% of $1,000,000 is now $9.500.00?
